I bought two yi cameras about a year ago. With change in Wifi provider, I tried to reset the cameras and set them up. On one of the cameras it worked fine, but do not hear any voice prompts on the other, even with reset.
I downloaded a firmware from http://www.xiaoyi.com/home/firmware/index_us.html?version=1 and followed the manual process with no success. Can you please tell me the link to get firmware if the above is not correct.
Just to be clear I tried this following link : https://www2.yitechnology.com/firmware/index/class/home
However this page has no firmware under “Kami outdoor security camera” that I can download.
RIght now this camera flashes for about 30 s, goes to steady light for a few more seconds and the process repeats. No audio prompts are working.
