I want to download each seven-day record that is stored as part of my subscription plan in order to hold a record for three months or so. Is this possible and how?

If you’re looking to download the entire day of video recording, that’s currently not yet possible. Currently, you can only download 10 minutes of video clips per download.
To download video clips, go to the Live Feed of the camera you want to download videos from… select a video by scrolling through the timeline or selecting from the alerts tap the ‘cloud’ icon from the bottom left of the video to download.
If you’re trying to download from a previous day, select the date from the date dropdown.
