I have 2 Dome X cameras. They are not following a person when they walk by or turn towards a noise. Do I have them set wrong? Did I purchase the wrong camera? I have to use the navigation control to turn camera. Help

Do you have motion-tracking and auto cruise settings turned on?
Go to in to the settings for the camera. Select “Camera Settings” and toggle on motion tracking and set your auto-cruise settings.
