I’ve got a new YI dome U Pro camera.
Once I enable motion detection the camera start alarm in each detection (alarm, not alert/notification).
I disabled the motion detection and the camera still alarm when detecting movement.
The only option to stop the alarm is to reset the camera using the button reset and do not enable motion detection at all.
I didn’t encounter this issue in the same camera with the same firmware version (latest).
any idea how to disable alarm while motion detection is enabled?
Hey @asi Thanks for coming to the forum. We are very aware of this issue and have JUST released a new app update to fix it. Only Android users are affected. Anyone experiencing alarm issues, please go to your Google Play Store, update your app, and To disable the camera, go to Smart Detection settings to disable motion detection and then re-enable it again.
