Desktop PC YI App works fine, lost most of the cameras on phone.

In the last few days the phone app started to act weird and now for most of the cameras I have it gives me a network unavailable error. The laptop PC YI app works fine connected to the same network. I can see all the cameras. Help! I need them to work on the smart phone too. Phone app YI Home, version is 6.5.0_20241009025105. Desk PC YI Version: 1.0.0.0 202010211000intl

WTF Yi doesn’t work on windows…what’s the point of that. If anyone know how to install so i can monitor from my pc that would be great other wise I’m just going to dump Yi all together…any suggestions??

i have kind of similar problem and bit strange, motion alerts are coming but can’t use iOS app to watch live stream , tried rebooting , resetting but no luck. i tried creating a post and its 48+ hours and moderator haven’t approved so can’t get any community support , can someone help?
