Need YI home app for desktop computer and where do I
find the model?
Here are the steps on how to install Kami/YI Home App for Windows PC:
- Download the YI/Kami Home PC Version from the website: https://www.kamihome.com/firmware/
- To start the download process, click on “Download for Windows.”
- Open File Explorer on your desktop. Go to your PC’s downloads folder and look for YIHomePCClientIntl_Setup_1.0.0.0_202010211000
- Run the installer and follow the on-screen prompt to complete the installation. Once done, click on “Finish” and the Application should open or you may open it directly from the desktop icon.
NOTE: The PC Application is only for live viewing purposes, features available in the mobile app such as alerts and camera control is not available.
