I have the 4F9B car dashcam. It was successfully paired to my mobile phone.
However, since I changed my mobile phone, I cannot remember the password to access the footage on my dashcam.
Is there a way to reset my password so I can use my new mobile phone with my dashcam?

Hi Tony! I don’t recognize that model number. What is the camera model model shown on the label of the Dashcam?
Mark, based on the CK11HH…I believe the camera may be the Xiaomi Yi Compact Dash Camera black (YCS.1A17)

In that case @Tonydb unfortunately we can’t help. The Xiaomi YI range of products are essentially from a different company than the YI of today. Do you mind letting me know what app you use with the camera?

I get that YI may have changed, but surely someone would still know how to reset my password?

Hi @Tonydb, is this the YI Home app? If you go to the ‘Discover’ tab, then click about it will show the app version number as shown below.
With the YI dashcams as long as you can log into the app you are good to go.
