I just paid for a monthly subscription to record videos using one Camera but can’t seem to see where the recordings are being stored on the app. Hence, would appreciate some guidance.
Great question @aamkhu you have a couple of options depending on how your camera is set up. If you primarily want to see your alerts, you can view by your alerts for the day by selecting “alerts” from the bottom menu selection. Or, select “cloud” then details to pull up records for the full length of your plan i.e. 7, 15, 30 days depending. Next, you can go to the pull individual camera alerts by selecting the camera and then cloud.
Either way, there is a number of ways to access cloud recordings! We do our best to make it easy to use.
