Connect to echo show

Why won’t my new YI dome guard connect to my echo show. It states in the settings that it can but I can not get Alexa to discover it. All my other YI/ Kami cameras are visiable. HELP

Hey @MWilks74 Thanks for the info. Can you send me a screen shot of the camera not connecting to your echo show? I will share it with our team and have them do a deep dive.
