Cloud Video Missing/Timeline Missing

Evening, I’m currently experiencing issues with loading cloud video, the timeline says there nothing recorded but there is, as the cameras are uploading, it was working a few days ago, but nothing has changed, I’ve done the removing app, reinstalling and trying ten YI app, still no joy.

I’m at my wits end, how does 4 cameras on 2 different networks, with 2 separate broadband providers suddenly lose cloud video, can’t access any cloud footage, just keeps throwing up errors message.

Installed the latest update, and I’m still having issues what ever been changed between version 3.4.0 and 3.4.1 is still the same on version 3.5.0.
