Cloud video is not uploading

Cloud video is not uploading.
Even though it says some videos were actually uploaded
As you can see there’s 5 hours of video uploaded

I use CRV-Entry subscription only for 1 camera.
I tried both YI/Kami home both apps gave the same result.
Region is Ukraine

Please try these steps to fix unstable uploads on your cloud service:

  1. Reboot the router
  2. Power cycle camera
  3. Remove the camera from the cloud
  4. Add again the camera

Here are the steps on how to remove and add the camera from the cloud:

  1. From the YI Home or Kami Home app home screen, tap on the Account tab.
    ​​2. Tap on Manage.
  2. Tap on the arrow facing right (must select the active subscription).
  3. Select the cameras that you want to add/Uncheck the cameras that you want to remove. Tap Next to save changes.
