Cloud subscription support with Apple - 3rd message

I have subscribed to cloud services using apple app store. Somehow the same is not linked to my yi account and is asking for me to subscribe directly from yi site. The first month did work well but in the second month i can see it as a challange.

I tried writing to support Email address but no luck.
