Cloud footage no longer uploading/recording?

hello,

My cameras stopped recording for the past 8 days.
this is only happening to 1 out of my 2 cameras.

my plan is still active and does not renew until dec 31st. Prior to this, i had no issues with recordings or cloud footage.

how do i turn my recording back on? or how to fix this.

This is RA from Kami Vision, sorry to hear about your Cloud plan.

Please try these steps to fix unstable upload on your cloud service:

-1. Reboot the router
-2. Power cycle camera
-3. Remove the camera from the cloud
-4. Add again the camera
