Cloud code does not work

I am beside myself trying to get my point across to costumer support who dont seem to understand anything im writing so im trying here. The 18 digit cloud code we got is not working. Where do I turn for help and a refund cuz customer support does not understand anything and for several days I have been writing the same thing: our cloud code doesn’t work but NO ONE is understanding. All I get is random, non related answers 🤦
