Hey @Adam72 I am sorry to hear that you’ve been having trouble pulling up previous day recordings with your Yi Home app & SD card.

Can you also try downloading the Kami Home app, login in with your Yi credentials and see if the problem is reproduced?

Hi Steven,
Thank you for the reply, I have tried the Kami app but unfortunately the Kami mini won’t let me go back to view the SD card past 1 day, but my yi cameras that I’ve had for a few years will now go back on the SD card into February.

I have just packaged the two Kami mini to return for a refund, and think I will have to purchase the yi cameras instead.
