Can't login to app on any device

Hi, is anyone having problems logging into their app? I’ve tried both Yi and Kami.

It’s logged me out and not letting me back in on my phone, citing ‘invalid data format’. Whereas, the desktop app states ’ network connection timeout (–1011)’.
