Can't log into newly downloaded YI Home Camera App to pair camera

I have changed my p/w however even when I downloaded a new app for android in Play Store, it appears to get stuck at the log in stage i.e. email address & password entered (I even reset the p/w) … still doesn’t work. What’s the problem?
