Cannot save Date&Time

I have the Smart Dash Camera and the screen of date&time keeps coming us at start. Not kept. I tried to reset the camera, didn’t help.
When I connect the camera it is automatically updated, but doesn’t kept.
Also, the connection cannot take place automatically as long as I don’t skip the screen of the update.

I had the same problem the battery had failed not keeping memory tried to fix it but decided not cost efficient bought different camera I think all dash cameras have the same problem
