Hello I’m new here.
My camera has stopped working. It’s an outdoor wifi camera. When I try to reset the camera by pushing the button underneath the screw out panel nothing happens. There is just a bright red light illuminated on the inside of the camera housing.
Any ideas?

Is your outdoor camera wired or battery powered?
How far away from the wifi is it?
How many all’s in between the camera and router?
Do you use cloud service?
Is the camera still added to your account?
Are you able to update the firmware?
