I was charged for an account I do not currently have access to. I dont know how to log into that account as I do not use it anymore. Please help me cancel the cloud subscription and issue a refund.
Hello. How and why was you charged against that account? Has you previously signed up with that account but since you have changed accounts?
Do you have the details of the transaction for your previous account?
