I have tried to purchase the 30 day free trial for cloud storage and it tell me that my battery camera is not supported. Then it said cloud storage available action required so I did that now its not working . So now I need to cancel both trials before I get charged because I guess none of it works for the battery camera I guess. HELP!! there is no Unsubscribe button. HELP!

@Nesta I apologize for this matter. Unfortunately, our Kami Wire-Free (battery) cameras are not supported with our CVR cloud service, only Motion Detection. I can see you have already canceled both 1-cam, 7-day, CVR, Annual cloud services. If you received a charge, please contact our customer support at support@yitechnology.com so we can look up your cloud payment. We can issue you a refund if purchased within 7 days (through PayPal or with a credit card on an Android device).
