I‘m trying to cancel a plan but ran into problems.
First i bought the plan on my iPhone inside the yi app and paid with apple pay. As i tried to cancel my plan inside the app, i got the error that i bought the plan on an android handy and therefore it is only possible to cancel on an android handy, that i dont‘t have… Support suggest to go to the Website and cancel the plan there, i tried this several times, but got only the Message that i will be contacted by support team ……but it doesn‘t work….i send message After message but didn‘t got any help anymore and now i didn‘t know what to do….
It‘s absolut frustrating and i can‘t believe that it‘s so difficult to cancel a plan.
Ana suggestion?

Having exact similar issues - I cannot cancel my autorenewal through the app or email. It apparently takes 3-5 days for their customer service to respond back to the cancellation request. It is extremely stressful to not be able to complete such a simple request through the app.
I’ve been trying to get in contact with them, it’s been pointless. After a few days they did responded back, but they just said something about it being the wrong department? I followed the steps it gave me when trying to cancel it, so don’t know how it can be the wrong department.
