Can YI Home App monitor two YI 1080p cameras connected to two different routers (networks)

Hi Experts,

Please helps me on the subject: I will install YI 1080p cameras in different locations, where different routers (or WIFI networks) are used to connect the cameras. My question is: can I use one YI Home App to monitor the cameras located in different locations and connected to different routers/networks? If I can, is there any caution I need to exercise in making the connection and in monitoring?
