Can’t access cloud

I paid the $100 for the cloud subscription and it’s not allowing me to access it. The YI app actually states that there is no subscription but there clearly was $106 taken out of my checking account tonight. Tonight was my baby’s first night in his own bed. I don’t even want to go to sleep tonight until this is resolved. Someone please help!

Hello sorry to hear about the trouble this caused you. Have you tried to uninstall the application then installing it again?

Yes I did. I even downloaded the Kami app. Updated the firmware. I eventually just requested a refund from the Apple store. Waiting to hear back from them.
