I paid the $100 for the cloud subscription and it’s not allowing me to access it. The YI app actually states that there is no subscription but there clearly was $106 taken out of my checking account tonight. Tonight was my baby’s first night in his own bed. I don’t even want to go to sleep tonight until this is resolved. Someone please help!
