As of November 10, I can no longer view my YI camera videos. The YI app keeps prompting me to buy the cloud services. This is not acceptable. How do I get around this?

I get the same… I get a LOT of upgrade adverts when I try to look at my cams… and lately, my cams go offline a lot. Annoying, but if you are persistent, you can still access the cam, and vids on SD.
I have the same issue. Have more than 5 cameras so some are not on the cloud. After renewal of cloud for 3rd year, lost ability to view recordings on other cameras. I have requested to support to several tines and only get canned answer on how to add to cloud.
