I have paired a CCTV camera with the Yi IoT app for Android. One day the camera suddenly unpairs with the account by itself without any human input. I cannot repair the same camera again, it does not detect it. Is there a way to reset the YI Cameras to factory defaults? Because I attached some of them high up into the walls that cannot be reached without a ladder or support. Thanks!
