Cameras not working well after last update on Android phone

I am 700 miles away from my YI cameras and after last update they are not working well. Any suggestions as to how to fix this problem. The PC app works ok, just not well on the Android phone after the app update.

I have reached out to them several times with no solution to the problem. I found the solution on my own. I stopped using the VPN on my phone and your cameras now work. Never had that problem before, until your last app update. Apparently your support and technicians are not aware of the issue.
