Cameras not resetting

So I’ve had my cameras for about 2 years now and I haven’t used 2 of them for a while. I’m trying to now but when I’m trying to add one to the app it says “wait 20 seconds until you hear waiting to connect” then click next. Or click “if you did not hear anything tap here” and I tap there and then it tells me to reset it so I have tried to reset them by putting a paper clip and holding it down for 3-5 seconds but it doesn’t do anything. Please help :frowning:
