My indoor yi camera (non ptz) won’t reset when I plugged it in from the new box it was a solid yellow light. I tried to power cycle as well as push reset with pin I held it for 3 SEC /10 SEC /20 SEC 30 SEC But nothing changes just a straight yellow light please help
Hello. Solid yellow means it is receiving a firmware update. This is typical since it is a new device that it may need one. How long did you leave it before you reset it?
