My camera is stuck on yellow and it wouldn’t reset. I’ve tried changing the cord holding the reset button down and everything and it wouldn’t reset. I am now seen that. This is a common problem with this camera and I’m so upset because I’ve had it for quite some time, so of course it’s out of warranty I pay every year For my subscription to the cloud and now I cannot use the camera I’ve paid for
