Camera unpaired after getting back from holiday

Hello all,

I went on holiday between 20th-26th January 2023. When I got home my camera had been unpaired. My password didn’t seem to work so I reset the password and had to pair the camera again like I did when I first bought it. All the footage from the previous week was gone and had to start all over again. I pay for the continuous recording for 7 days. I didn’t open the app while I was away so I didn’t update it. I’m sure when I looked when I got back it said last update was December 2022. It’s never done this before or since. Anyone know why this happened? What would cause it to reset?
