Camera rotating on its own

I’m having the same problem. It’s screwed into the socket of my front porch light. I don’t know what my internet speed is.

It continues to turn then faces a white wall away from the front porch.

I am having the same problem - it rotates on its own facing a wall and the KB/s fluctuates from 0 to 85.

I had the same issue, the camera keeps rotating on its own until I had to 1) deactivate motion tracking and 2) set motion detection sensitivity to LOW. Appears to be bug, it’s supposed to be able to face desired direction unless a motion detected and it’s tracking the motion-how to do the seeting? additional question: how can I deactivate the alarm sound? Thanks!

I am having the same issue with the lightbulb cam, I do not have the dome camera. I have motion tracking off. I will go to look at my camera on the app and it will be facing the wall. This does nothing for trying to use it for security. Very Very frustrating. I have two of these and they both do the same thing.

Same issue here. Any solution for this?

I also had/have this problem. What I have done to fix “knock on wood” the moving on its own. I sprayed the moving joints of the camera with WD40 and rotated them by hand with the camera off. I also cleaned the lens and all of the camera housing. Finally on the camera I reset it. The settings I put to motion detection and OFF for motion tracking. Things have been great so far with no movement in two days and my night vision is crystal clear. I also cleaned two other cameras, one motion and one stationary with great visual results. My stationary camera would switch between night/day vision during daylight and the cleaning seems to corrected what it shows now. Hope this helps!
