When I plug in the camera the orange light comes on for 5 sec the a blue light start flashing for about 20 sec then orange comes on for 5 sec and then the blue starts again and that’s what happening all the time. When I open the app I hear nothing like waiting to connect etc…

Can you share the camera model? And have you tried resetting the camera and then pairing it back to the app?
