camera not connecting to app

Hello - my camera is connected to my home network but the app says it’s offline and won’t show me the live feed? - any advice? Thanks :grimacing:

Assuming it was working an suddenly stopped?

Check the internet connection where the camera is. I find often a weak signal can cause this. (Check the wifi bars on your phone beside the camera)

First thing to try is the age old solution, turn it off count to 10 and turn it back on again.

If this doesn’t work i would suggest a reset and re pair

yes - this camera was working fine - then it got unplugged by accident - full bars on telephone - all other cameras are fine - this camera is even in the same room as another camera that has no issues - reset it many times but to no avail and will not connect
