Camera keep changing detection settings and video resolution

I have many cameras across multiple locations and for the last year or so have been experiencing changes to my camera settings that I have not made in both motion detection and video resolution. Today’s example is over 1/2 my cameras toggled from Smart Detection setting “Motion Detection” to “Smart AI Detections-plan required” and all of the cameras switched to SD video resolution from my settings of HD, all without me making the changes.
How are these changes being made?
Is my account being hacked?
Is there a way to see who else may be logging into my Yi account?
