My Yi home camera stopped working after I reinserted the sd card, it just keep on loading n eventually went offline, without the sd card it works just fine, any advice plz

Have you recently reformatted the SD card?
Do you have another SD card you can test?
What version of firmware are you running?
What is your app version?

It turn out to be that the sd card not inserted fully I gave it a little light push that sorted it. Thanks for ur help steve
