I have a yihome dome camera. I have always been able to talk back and forth with my kids through it as well as hear the audio in recorded videos. Now they can only hear me when I’m talking to the camera from my phone but I can’t hear them respond. There is also no sound at all on any of my videos. I have made sure that the camera is on and volume is up! What can I do to fix this issue?

Check if your camera is on ‘Intercom’ try switching it to ‘Hands-Free’ and see if that works.
From the Home page, Go to Settings (hexagon icon) > Camera Settings > Call mode.

I switched it to hands free but I still can’t hear them when they talk back to me. Is there anything else I can try?
