App not working when I’m not connected...

I’m not able to view my cameras from the app when my phone is not connected to the same network the cameras are connected to, i.e I can’t check on my home when I’m away. Any insight?

It’s only started doing this in the last month or so.

Hi @Niki thanks for joining the forum. This should not be the case. Once the cameras are paired to a WiFi network, you should be able to monitor them from anywhere - even if you aren’t at home.

Can you please provide a screenshot of the error message you see when you cannot connect to your cameras?
