App motion settings doesn't work

My alerts stopped working. I tried to confirm settings it keeps saying settings failed when I turn my alerts on high frequency.

Also, can you please let me know the following:

1- Your camera model
2- Your phone make and model
3- Your app version, e.g., YI Home Version 4.3.22

Issue has since appeared to resolved
