I have 3 Outdoor 1080p camera, I have enable Echo show into the settings and installed and enable the Kami AND YI Home skills on the Alexa app but Alexa does not discover the camera at all.

This appears to be a common issue for some. I’d suggest using the search tool to find other threads on this issue and read through the advice given. There are step by step instructions to follow. If you have indeed followed these then contact Yi support by email.
