Hi - newish user here.
My issue: when using Yi Home app on my iPhone when attempting to playback the complete clip via the camera tile it doesn’t work. It used to. It works if I go via the alert option from the home menu.
It works both methods on my Android tablet.
My set up:
Yi Home version - 4.3.21
Yi Camera - Dome 1080p
Storage - Free cloud with SD card installed
iOS version - 10.3.3
Camera firmware is up to date
What I’ve tried:
- reinstalled the application
- formatted the SD card
What happens is that when I view the six seconds clip via the alert option within the camera tile and press on Complete Clip it reverts to live.
The recording is available on the sd card when I check the timeline. But playing the complete clip is more ideal.
As mentioned above it works on the android tablet.
