I recently got a new android phone and am attempting to login but it continues to say my account does not exist. I am certain of the email I used for my account. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app to no avail. Now what?
Hello @TraceyH sorry to read of your issues with the account.
My recommendation would be to email Yi Support:
Email:support@yitechnology.com
They should be able to see what is happening with the account. I’m not sure how long ago you used your account and if Yi remove accounts after a period of inactivity.
