2 of my cameras

I have the 1080p home camera family pack. I have used 3 of the 4 for the past year or so and no issues. Recently one of them stopped working. It won’t pair and says it failed. So I switched it out for the other one we had that we weren’t using at the time. All was fine. Then my son tells me it is off. The light was off and won’t turn on with any outlet. Its just dead. So I went back to try the other one that wouldn’t pair and still same issue. I have also tried pairing right next to router it connects to internet just doesn’t finish pairing

@Ashleymom415 That must be frustrating! Let me help you, For the first camera that won’t pair and failed. Please follow these steps:

*Reboot your router

  1. Check your Wi-Fi settings before pairing up and make sure that you are connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.
  2. Enter your correct Wi-Fi password.
  3. Place the camera near your Wi-Fi router.
    There should be no obstructions or any objects that may block the signal from the router to your camera.
  4. Location or GPS on your phone should be turned on, and Allow the permissions for your App.
  5. Use another cable, adapter, and try to plug the camera into a different power outlet.
    proceed on the pairing process.

For the second camera that won’t turn on. Please try these:
1.Plug the camera into a different power source and use a different well-known USB cord and power adapter.
2.Once plugged, observe if there will be a “clicking sound” (If yes, reset the camera by pressing and hold the camera till you hear the voice prompt “reset successfully”)
