Hello, 6 months ago I stopped using the camera because I moved, recently I have tried to reactivate it and I cannot make it link through the phone app. From what I see I will need a firmware update, please could you send me or indicate where to download this update.

Thank you for reaching out. The camera model doesn’t sound like its a camera manufactured by YI Technology or Kami Vision. But, if you are unable to connect the camera to your new WIFI network, you might need to check the WIFI network you’re using to connect the camera. Most camera models supports 2.4GHz WIFI network and if you’re using 5GHz, it might not be supported.
