My YI IOT camera’s LED lights stay on all the time. I would think they should only come on with motion activation.

Since the YI IoT cameras are manufactured by third-party companies the options that would be available in the YI IoT app would depend if the camera’s chipset supports such feature/function. Therefore, if the option to switch off the LED lights is not in the YI IoT app it might mean the camera doesn’t have such a feature at all. You contact the seller or the manufacturer of the camera for clarification.
