Over the last three years there have be various requests to update the PC Desktop software. It has become obvious that you have no intention of doing so.

Software causes images to be pixelated on a 1080 outdoor camera. It took you sending me 3 new camera before I figured the problem out.
Login screen requires a password everytime.
Lacks the features that Mobile Software has.

PC app has no option to download video from SD card.
PC app cannot do multi-cam recording (you have to open separate window for recording and cannot record more than one camera at once)
