. Once the VPN, the software is IpVanish is enabled on my iPhone 12 the attached error appears. If I disable the VPN, the connection works well. Are there any settings that should be applied to use the camera in the enable mode?
Excellent question @jennyspe1981 Unfortunately, at this time, there is now way to use the app while on a VPN. It has to be disconnected for the app to work properly. The forum may have some suggestions but nothing I can recommend at this time. Apologies for the bad news but hope the helps explain.
