Cameras and recordings wiped out from the active app/account

During active subscription my 4 cameras dissapeared from the app (along with recordings)
Have You experienced sth like this? Kami support wants to me reregister all cameras, which in this case means 350km (one way) trip and working on specialized ladders (You know the procedure which is not easy - like removing this small micro SD/reset button cover).

They should be able to recover this - I think, cloud does not forget :slight_smile:

Have already contacted support but the only advise is to re-register cameras which is very difficult due to their location.
My opinion is that for such paid cloud based services it usualy possible to recover from it but with human/manual intervention…
It can’t be that everything is wiped out without any notification, and support can’t even provide the reason of such behaviour
