Duplicated subscription

I need to know how to contact customer service. I duplicated my subscription by accident and now I can’t get my cameras to record or let me watch the playback.

Good luck with that. I have not been helped in over 10 days. I finally just cancelled my subscription through Apple. Now I don’t know what to do because I want the subscription but I’m afraid it will do the same thing. Their customer service sucks. No one gets back to you and no one ever answers except for Kami Mark and he doesn’t know how to fix it.
